In order to ensure the sleeping comfort of all our valued customers, Supreme Comfort offers you a test rest when you purchase a mattress and box spring set or a mattress for use on a platform bed. The trial period begins the night your mattress is delivered.

What is the comfort guarantee? If your mattress is too hard or too soft, or does not provide you with restful sleep, you can send your mattress back and get your money back (shipping to be paid by customer both ways) before the end of 30 nights. Be sure that there are no other factors affecting the quality of your sleep before you decide to get your money back. Because this is a new bed and it takes around 14 nights to break in your new sleep system, Supreme Comfort will not accept returns before 14 nights. If after 14 nights but before 30 nights, you are not completely satisfied with the sleeping comfort of your bedding, we will gladly refund your money. Before 30 nights you may do an exchange on the mattress and box spring for a more comfortable one. (Pillows Nonrefundable)

* We will exchange your bedding for bedding of greater or equal value.
* The only cost to you is the price difference and shipping, (plus sales tax where applicable), incurred during the re-selection process.
* All comfort exchange requests must be made after the 14th night from the original date of delivery and before the end of the 30th night.
* Exchanges or refunds made before 14 nights from the original date of delivery are subject to additional charges.
* No comfort exchange or refund will be made after the 30th night.
* This comfort exchange (or refund) offer does not apply to the following items: Custom sizes mattresses, Comforters or Pillows nonreturnable for sanitary reasons.
*Of course any defective products will be promptly exchanged.

*Adjustable bases are not returnable.
